    Seven-time GRAMMY® winner and Grand Ole Opry member Carrie Underwood performed during four sold-out shows at the Opry this past weekend as part of the Opry’s nine-month 90th Anniversary celebration this year. Carrie entertained the crowds with some of her biggest hits, including her most recent #1 song “Little Toy Guns” and the Platinum-certified GRAMMY winning song “Something in the Water.”  Both hits are from her Greatest Hits: Decade #1¸which Billboard claims as “the most popular hits album of the year in both overall units and pure sales.”

    Co-Written Single Becomes the Second New Smash from Underwood’s Greatest Hits: Decade #1

    Nashville, TN – Seven-time GRAMMY® winner Carrie Underwood adds even more heft to her aptly named Greatest Hits: Decade #1 as the collection’s second single, “Little Toy Guns,” tops the Mediabase country airplay chart this week to become the 21st #1 single of her career.

    Earlier this year, the first new single from Greatest Hits: Decade #1, the Platinum-certified GRAMMY winner “Something in the Water,” notched a seven-week run at #1 on Billboard’s airplay/sales/streaming-based Hot Country Songs chart and achieved a record-setting 26 weeks atop Billboard’s Hot Christian Songs chart, the longest such tenure for a female artist.

    Both “Something in the Water” and “Little Toy Guns” were co-written by Underwood, marking her 10th and 11th chart-toppers as a writer.

    The music video for “Little Toy Guns” is currently climbing the Top 5 of CMT’s Hot 20 Countdown after previously logging three weeks atop GAC’s fan-voted Top 20 Country Countdown.

    Nashville – April 30, 2014 – Six-time Grammy winner Carrie Underwood received a standing ovation during her headline performance at the TIME 100 Gala held at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City last night. The event honored present and past recipients of the 100 most influential people in the world. Some of this year’s honorees in attendance were Amy Adams, Alfonso Cuaron, Megyn Kelly (who introduced Carrie’s performance), Seth Meyers, Rupert Murdoch, Rand Paul, Charlie Rose, Christy Turlington, Pharrell Williams (who also performed), and more.

  • Carrie Underwood Performs with U2’s The Edge During Surprise World AIDS Day (RED) Concert

    Nashville – (Dec. 2, 2014) – Carrie Underwood performed last night as part of U2’s surprise World AIDS Day (RED) event in New York City’s Times Square by personal invitation from Bono. During Carrie’s performance she was joined on stage by U2’s guitarist The Edge during her poignant song “Change” from her 2010 Play On album.

    The event was to thank America for the role it’s played in the AIDS fight. The world has reached the beginning of the end of AIDS epidemic with 13 million people having access to life-saving treatment compared to 300,000 ten years ago. Without the support of American leaders and citizens it would not have reached this point.

  • Carrie Underwood to Join U2’s Surprise World AIDS Day (RED) Concert in NYC’s Times Square Tonight

    Nashville – (Dec. 1, 2014) – Carrie Underwood will perform in U2’s surprise World AIDS Day (RED) event in Times Square tonight by personal invitation from Bono. The World AIDS Day event begins at 7:30pm and Kanye West also performs.

    U2’s Adam Clayton, The Edge, and Larry Mullen Jr. will be joined by Bruce Springsteen and Coldplay’s Chris Martin, who are also donating their time, and stepping in for Bono as he recovers from injuries sustained in a November bike accident.
