    Nashville – June 6, 2017 – Grand Ole Opry member and seven-time GRAMMY®-winning superstar Carrie Underwood hosted a party for her official fan club at the Grand Ole Opry House today. The exclusive event for fan club members included a private performance, a raffle for prizes, and a photo with Carrie inside the Opry’s famed circle of wood. Fans were given Nashville Predators’ rally towels and celebrated last night’s win in a group photo with Carrie. Tonight Carrie will perform during two Grand Ole Opry shows.

    Nashville – (Dec. 2, 2014) – Carrie Underwood performed last night as part of U2’s surprise World AIDS Day (RED) event in New York City’s Times Square by personal invitation from Bono. During Carrie’s performance she was joined on stage by U2’s guitarist The Edge during her poignant song “Change” from her 2010 Play On album.

    The event was to thank America for the role it’s played in the AIDS fight. The world has reached the beginning of the end of AIDS epidemic with 13 million people having access to life-saving treatment compared to 300,000 ten years ago. Without the support of American leaders and citizens it would not have reached this point.

    Nashville (January 4, 2012) — Carrie Underwood made wishes come true this holiday season for the schools in her hometown of Checotah, Oklahoma with donations amounting to $350,000 through her C.A.T.S. Foundation – Checotah Animal, Town, and School Foundation. Each of the four schools – Marshall Elementary, Checotah Intermediate School, Checotah Middle School, and Checotah High School – learned just in time for Christmas that they would receive the necessary funds from C.A.T.S. to fulfill various school needs. The donations will go towards items such as new computer labs for each school, plus playground equipment, physical fitness equipment, as well as new band uniforms, furniture, storage, instruments for their music programs, among other items.
