Fan Club: Meet & Greet Rules

We wanted to take this time to send a friendly reminder of who is eligible to win and how the process works. It is very important that members follow the rules below to ensure we can continue to offer Meet & Greets.

Members found violating any of the rules below will forfeit their Meet & Greet pass and may be banned from the fan club. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your support!

Meet & Greet Contest Rules

1. No one is allowed to attend the Fan Club Meet and Greet unless they have been selected as a Meet & Greet winner and fit the criteria of the COPPA laws which state you must be above the age of 13 years old.
2. Each winner receives one (1) Meet & Greet pass, no guests unless you are between the ages of 13-17 or have a disability, in which case, ONE parent/legal guardian or attendee is permitted to accompany that chosen member. If you would like a friend/parent/spouse/child to attend the Meet & Greet with you, they will have to have their own fan club membership AND must also have been selected as a Meet & Greet winner.
   You must have a ticket to the concert to enter the Meet & Greet. Each member is responsible for purchasing their own admittance to the concert. Meet & Greet passes do not give the member any special privileges towards parking, merchandise, etc.
3. You must bring a picture I.D. with you in order to gain access to the Meet & Greet. The name and age listed in your fan club membership account must match your I.D.
   Each member is allowed to win up to one (1) Meet & Greet per membership year (not calendar year, we’ve gotta give everyone a chance).

5. Meet & Greets are non-transferable (this includes transferring your Meet & Greet to a family member or to another concert date). Any member caught trying to sell their Meet & Greet pass will be permanently banned from the club.
6. Meet and Greets will be forfeited if not confirmed within 48 hours. If you receive a Meet & Greet, but are unable to attend the show, you must notify the fan club at least 3 days prior to the show date at carrieunderwoodsupport@sparkart.com. If the fan club is not notified at least three days prior to the show date, not only have you forfeited your meet & greet pass for your membership year, but we will be unable to award it to someone else.

8. Winners will be required to confirm via email that they are attending the Meet & Greet. If you do not confirm your Meet & Greet within 48 hours of being contacted, you will not be added to the Meet & Greet guest list.
9. Certain shows may not allow Meet & Greet opportunities.

1. Log in to your Carrie Underwood Fan Club account here.
2. Click “Events” in the main navigation.
3. Click the event date of the concert you are attending and click “Enter Now” under the Contests section. Note some concerts may not have Meet & Greet opportunities. All Meet & Greet contests end 14 days prior to the event date.
4. Review the contest rules, enter your phone number, and click “Submit”.
