  • NOLA Concert- 5/7/10

    I had a BLAST at the concert last night in New Orleans. I was disappointed that I didn't win a meet and greet but the concert was FABULOUS!! I'm bringing my daughter to the concert in Mobile and I can't wait! I was so impressed with the concert and all of the props that were used. I couldn't believe that she sang several songs suspended from the air in a truck! That was awesome. She has come a long way since her Carnival Ride tour. I really enjoyed that concert and also had a blast, but it doesn't compare to her Play On tour. It was fabulous. I would love to meet her one day!

    Hey again, sorry, don't mean to bother you. :P But were you ever able to get those pictures from the fan club party to me? I never received them in my inbox... so I don't know if it got moved to the spam folder and deleted or something. Could you reply to this or post on my page and let me know if you tried e-mailing it to me?

    And if I have the wrong person... again, sorry, please let me know so I can stop bugging you then, haha. :)

    Thanks for all of the information Jeff! I wasn't sure how it worked. The concert is Friday night and I haven't been notified yet, so I guess I can assume that I haven't received the meet and greet. I'm still hoping to get an invite to the Fan Club Party. Have you attended a fan club party? If so, do you know if everyone gets the opportunity to meet Carrie?

    To answer your question........

    In a couple days, when the OFC puts them back on, you will see "I'm Going" "Maybe" and "Not Going" under all of the shows on the Events page. Click on More Info for your show and you will see them there. By clicking on "I'm Going" you are telling the OFC that you have bought tickets, are planning on attending, and are registering for the M&G to meet Carrie for that show.

    About 10 days before the show, the OFC will contact by either phone or e-mail the selected winners for that show. Only about 10 to 15 people -- and only the winners are contacted, so if you don't hear anything, you can assume you did not win. If you do, they will provide you with all of the instructions by e-mail as to where to meet before the show. Hope this all helps you out.
