    Sorry I did not get back to you, I was out of town. Yes you just say Im going and you are entered. I am wondering why we can not see that we really have entered, but as far as I know if it says you are going then you are entered.

    Okay, hold up for a minute here. You deleted the invitation e-mail (the one that gave you the link to print out your ticket?). I never received an e-mail with the link to the website to print out my ticket, all I did was just go to Tour, and clicked on "Fan Club Party '09" and it appeared. I can forward you the confirmation ticket where it states "CONGRATULATIONS! . . . ." but you said you already have the confirmation ticket? If you already received the invitation e-mail (if your mom got it through SparkArt), then there should be a link on your account when you log in and go to the Tour page and go into the Fan Club party tab.

    Part #3: However, she says to wait a few minutes for an e-mail to be sent following up with a link to the RVSP ticket, I never received this e-mail but I just went onto the Fan Club Party tab on this website and there was the "Print Out My RVSP Ticket" button on the top right side of my screen. That's basically how my conversation went, I hope it works out for you too!

    Part #2: I told them I did send the e-mail (I never gave out the information that I sent it to the wrong e-mail, but they backed it up because I send another confirmation e-mail to the correct e-mail address this time two days after the deadline). When the lady saw that she put me on hold, about a minute later she comes back on the line and told me that everything seemed viable and told me that there were some cancellations in the confirmation e-mails, so she was more than happy to put me into the guest list.

    Yeah, I'll be glad to give an explanation, this will contain 2 to 3 parts. . . so here goes

    Part #1: The # is 510 420 020. I first explained my situation, I said that I booked flights, bought tickets, spent hundreds of dollars already but the primary reason was to go to this Fan Club party.

    I edited this portion because this was an explanation I used on the forums. . . so this part is much shorter compared to #2 & 3 lol.

    Do what cmunsu did, just press "2" for customer support, and hopefully there'll be a nice lady to help you out, explain to her the problem and most likely she'll add you to the guest list, see you there (I hope!) :D
