  When Mama's Song came out, the first time I heard it, I was at school, and I just completely broke down. I have the one teacher who had known me all my life so I just went to her room and stayed there the whole day crying and listening to that song. I wish more than anything I could have talked to my mom one last time. Im glad you feel that way about you mom..I know a lot of people who feel the complet opposite of that and I dont understand how someone could feel that way about there mom. I know you don't really know me all that well, but never change how you feel about you mom becasue you never know what will happen and when god will want to call one of his angels home.

  His name is matthew, well when he finally got out he had to be on oxgyen because his lungs werent fully developed. My aunt wasnt very strong to be carrying around a baby + a baby carrier+ oxgyen tanks, so I want everywhere with her and helped her...it was kinda like I was his second mom. But yea it just shows how much we will go through for each other!! Like I said when my mom passed away our bond got so strong, my aunt told my mom everything, and so did I. She was our confidant. We could go to her for everything,,then all of a sudden we didn't have that anymore so we confided in each other.

  About a year and a half before my mom passed away, my aunt had had an unexpected pregnancy and she never new about it. The doctors told her she wouldnt be able to get pregnant, and one day we rushed her to the hospital and they told her she was in labor. She delivered her son 3 and a half months premature. The doctors gave him a 20% chance of surviving, and well he did..He is our little miracle baby. When he was born his skin was transparent, at three weeks his throat collapsed so he had to have surgery for that, and at 6 weeks he had open heart surgery, For the first 4 months of his life he had to stay in the NICU.

  Yea it does get a easier to go about your days, but its alway there lingering in the back of your mind. Its been very hard going on without my mom. My aunt who was my moms only sister, kinda took me under her wing, I was always like the daughter she never had the chance to have so after my mom passed away our bond became even stronger, we were inseperable. She was another major person who help me through that whole ordeal. Thats what we do though.

  I've always wanted a sister too. I grew up around nothing but guys!! I am very family oriented and my grandparents bought a thing of land that we all lived on, so it was me and 5 boys, so I was a major tomboy growning up. I always wanted another girl around to hang out with, but that didn't happen!! What do your brothers do?? I hope your stepmom does adopt...that would be soo cool!! I want to adopt when its time for me to have kids. I want my own, but I also want to be able to help and make someones life better!

  Yea it's pretty cool...I'm stuck in the middle with my brothers sandwiching me!!! One is older, his name is Lance, he is 27 he was just recently diagnosed with epilepsy, but it's ok for now, his doctors have him on a really good medication to help. He has a 6 year old son and just got married 2 weeks ago. My younger brothers name is logan, he is 15. He is my litte man, he was diagnosed with ADHD and Autism when he was 3 and a half. It was kind of bittersweet being the middle child, Lance is 8 years older than me so he always got to do the things I wanted to do but I was helping my with Logan, but it was ok I didn't really mind I love him.

  But she isn't suffering anymore and for that I am VERY greatful. Its still hard. I talk about her or I hear someone take about her and I breakdown I cry. When that happens I turn to our girl Carrie and her music. Her voice is so bright and up-lifting and they was she sings and delivers the messages behind her songs just help to pull me out of my dark place. She's doesn't know it but Carrie is the one that has help me get so far in dealing with the loss of my mom. I still have a ways to go, but slowly with the help of Carrie and my friends and family I will get there.

  Anyways I went to her room to see her and she was hooked up to so many machines, I was soo scared, the doctors came in and informed us that the results of the EKG showed no brian activity, so we decied to take off of the ventilator and let her go. Later that day I found you she had had a heart attach and went into cardiac arrest. The doctors said that when she was in the operating room she had had two strokes on top of the heart attach.

  We were scheduled to be there for a week, two night before we were supposed to go back home my dad colled me and told my mom got really sick and they had to rush her to the hospital. Two days later we flew home, and on the we home from the airport, the doctors called my dad and told her that the first think the next moring they were going to run an EKG on my mom to see of she had any brain activity. The next day we went to the hospital, and my whole family was there, even the ones from out fo town..it was like a family reunion, but it was for a very bad thing!!
