    You know that feeling you get right before you throw up? When you know it's inevitable but you would still do anything to prevent it from actually happening? I've felt like that all day...I think it's food poisoning, but I'm not sure..I don't like it though...especially when I have to wake up at 6am tomorrow, go to a 3 hour lab at 8am, then another hour and a half of lecture, come home for a few hours, and then go back for another hour and a half lecture...all I want right now is to be at home where I don't have to worry about anything and I have no responsibilities :(

    And on top of that my Grandma has been in the hospital for over a week now and they don't know what's wrong with her...they think it could be a liver virus but they're still doing tests. I haven't seen her in person in 2 1/2 years because she lives so far away...I just wish I could be with her right now...she also caught pneumonia while in the hospital and she was having trouble breathing, but they stuck a breathing tube in her and cleaned out her lungs, so she's at least stabilized. I'm worried though...the earliest I can see her is December 13th, the weekend after my finals. I just hope she can get through this :(

    I don't even know if people read this blog, but I thought I'd make an appearance here before the craziness of school starts because I will have very limited free time starting tomorrow, haha.

    I am taking some pretty tough classes this year so I really need to focus. I will be applying to the college of nursing at my university this March and basically my whole future depends on me getting in (it's very competitive) and unfortunately that means I will be spending less time on this site.

    In the fall semester I am taking:

    Chemistry 232 - Biological Chemistry

    Nursing 220 - Self Health and Wellness

    Sociology 323 - Families in Society

    Biomedical Science 208 - Human Anatomy

    And in the winter semester I am taking:

    Biomedical Science 290 - Physiology

    Biomedical Science 291 - Physiology Lab

    Biomedical Science 309 - Anatomy Lab (I get to cut open a cadaver! Is it weird that I am excited about that? lol)

    Biology 355 - Human Genetics

    Biomedical Science 212 - Microbiology

    Biomedical Science 213 - Microbiology Lab

    So as you can see I will be really busy, lol. If by a miracle I get some free time I will make sure to stop by, but it looks like my only breaks will be Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas (4 weeks off there, so I will for sure be back then since I won't have classes to study for and I'll have to renew my membership, haha)..then I probably won't have another break until spring break (usually the first or second week in March).

    But please, feel free to leave me comments of encouragement since I will probably need them...even if I don't get back to you for a while, I promise I will eventually :)

    I haven't written a blog for awhile, so I figured I would today :) I finally found someone to buy my extra set of tickets to see Carrie in Detroit in October! He works with my Mom, he's a service aid (at the police station), and going to school to become a police officer :)

    In other news, my left arm has been giving me some serious trouble :( My elbow and knuckles hurt really bad when I bend them and I have no idea why...it especially hurts to type...you wouldn't know this because the blog shows up all at once when I click "post this entry" lol, but it's taken me a really long time to type this and I'm going to have to cut it short...I just can't take it...my knuckles are fine when I keep them bent or keep them straight, but moving them is just awful, same with the elbow...
