• softball game!

  I know I'm a little late blogging about this, lol, but better late than never!

  The softball game was really fun; I was sitting in Section Q row 16. It was seriously CRAZY down at the dugouts trying to get autographs, but at the end some very nice people passed up my program and I managed to get Chuck Wicks' autograph. I still wish I could have gotten Carrie's, but I guess there's always next year. :)

  Opry team won 11 to 5, (they totally kicked some Midnite butt! haha) and Carrie hit a double in the last inning, I think. She only played two innings and batted three times, and the rest of the time was spent signing autographs. I love Carrie and all, and I would be so happy if I met her, but I REALLY didn't want to risk getting trampled going down to the dugout, lol. I'll post some pics of both the FC party and the softball game someday when they get transferred to my computer. (warning: this could take some time. :D )

• FC Party...

  was CRAZY awesome! My mom and I got there at about 8 to wait in line, and we ended up getting to chat with some awesome people. (you know who you are! haha ;-]) It really made those two and a half hours fly by. I was totally awe-struck when I got into the Opry... it's just so amazing getting to be in a building you've seen on TV! I took a million pictures of the stage, lol.

  Carrie opened the party with Ever Ever After. She had some lyric problems, but that's okay because I don't think she's ever performed it live. Don't worry, we still love you, Carrie! :D

  Then was Wheel of the World, followed by SYL, Voice Carry, Stand By Your Man, Alone, Sweet Child of Mine, and HSH. BHC was in there too, but I don't remember where. I think that was all of the songs, I really don't remember, lol.

  Well, I gotta get ready to go hang out in Nashville... I'll blog more later, probably after the softball game! (oray for no rain!)

• St. Louis Concert 12 / 5 Pics

  Hey guys, I know it's wayyyy late, but I'm going to try to get some of my St. Louis concert pictures up. I would've done it earlier, but I was jam-packed with finals the week before Christmas, and the week before that my appendix burst. (I'll tell you all the story below) And then after Christmas I've just been too lazy. :D

  So, here's the story about my appendix:

  I left school early one day in November because I felt sick, and when I got home I was throwing up and all that good stuff. Anyways, my mom took me to the doctor, and they said it was the stomach flu. Then, about a week later, I STILL wasn't feeling good, and I started getting sick again, so my mom took me back. M local doctor's office sent me to the hospital to get some blood work done, (eek! I cried; needles scare me so bad) and after that we went home and waited for the results. They called back, and then they send me to another hospital about 30 minutes away. I've only been in the hospital once, because I tore a ligament in my ankle, and that was just for x-rays. Nothing internal, and to top all that off, I'm NEVER sick. So, I'm crying on the way to the hospital (i listened to So Small... I concentrated on the lyrics & it really helped me calm down.) and I had to get CT scans and blood work done. Then at one in the morning, they tell me my appendix burst and I had to go in a hospital in St. Louis. I was there for about six days, and I had surgery to try to drain the abcess, (my body walled up the appendix when it started getting inflamed, so all that was in a little... bubble, I guess.) but it didn't work, so they put me on antibiotics for about two weeks.

  The best part was, the day after I got out of the hospital, I got to go see Carrie at the Chaifetz Arena! :D Those are the pictures I'll try to put up, but I don't know if it'll work.

• My dog's picture

  Yesterday, I took the cutest picture of my dog... I had been drinking Vitamin Water (Energy, of course!) and she was sniffing the bottle when I dropped it on the ground. So, I told her to "take it" and she put it in her mouth with the VW label showing... I had to get a picture of it, so I grabbed my camera. I'm still trying t find the cord to connect it to the computer, but when I do, my doggie's picture's gonna be on here! =D
