  • saw Idols Live and Carnival Ride but ready for Play On

    I have been a fan of Carrie's like so many others on here since Idol. I loved voting for her each week and singing along to her songs. I was thrilled when i got to experience Carrie live in Cleveland on the Idols Live! Tour in 2005. She was fantastic! I joined the fanclub in 2007 and bought 10th row tickets (thanks to here!) for her CR tour in 2008. It was OMG! Incredible! I tried to win a Meet-and-Greet with no such luck, BUT she looked at me during "I Told You So" and almost grabbed my hand so its all good! I'm going to the Play On Tour in November and hope to meet her. I am not into country music that much, but Carrie is an exception. I went through a lot in the first two months of teaching and turned to music for therapy. Little did I know how much Carrie's music helped until I experienced what I went through and how I could relate to it. I got moved and put in another school ( and it got SO much better!) and Carrie went with me so to speak :) I cant wait to meet her in person and tell her how much her music meant to me during that time.

    Cant wait until November 1st!
