Carrie Underwood Wins GRAMMY® for Best Country Solo Performance for “Something in the Water”

“Something in the Water,” written by Carrie, Chris DeStefano, and Brett James, was the debut single off her Greatest Hits: Decade #1 which topped Billboard’s Airplay/sales/streaming-based Hot Country Songs Chart for seven weeks as well as Billboard’s Hot Christian Songs chart for 18 weeks. The song’s success surpasses her previous personal best set in 2006 with “Jesus, Take the Wheel.” The Platinum-certified song was also ranked #1 on Rolling Stone’s year-end social media readers’ poll of the “10 Best Country Songs of 2014.”
