How To Enter – fill out the form below and submit a photo of the Denim & Rhinestones inspired outfit you will wear to the Fan Club Party.

Ten lucky winners will get to flaunt their fashion on the Opry stage during the Official Carrie Underwood Fan Club Party, and one fan-voted grand prize winner chosen during the Fan Club Party will win a two-night stay at Resorts World Las Vegas and two tickets to REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency!

The last day to enter is Wednesday, May 31st. The 10 members chosen to compete at the Fan Club Party will be notified and sent further instructions beforehand.
