Healthy lifestyle anthem: “The Champion”

How has Carrie motivated you to find your path and live the Fit52 Life? Watching Carrie be so motivated to find her path, even as busy as she is, encouraged me to find mine. I’m a mom to young kids like she is and sometimes it feels like you lose yourself in being a mom. So finding some time to take care of yourself is so important. It helps me to be a more fun and patient mom and wife.

What is your favorite part of Carrie’s new book, FIND YOUR PATH? I love the chapters where Carrie talks about growing up and how her thought process changed over the years in regards to food and fitness.

What advice do you have for other Care Bears that want to find their path? No matter how busy your lifestyle carving out some “me” time is essential! You only get one body to take care of. Speaking from experience, you have no idea what medical obstacles your body could face in the future. The best defense for your body and mind is finding ways to stay healthy. Small changes initially can lead to bigger ones in the future.
