Enter for your chance to attend the exclusive taping of CMT Invitation Only: Carrie Underwood in Nashville, TN on September 12th! Those who attend will be the first to hear new music from Carrie’s much-anticipated third album! Fan Club members will have the best seats for this very intimate taping so read the below carefully and send in your submissions ASAP.

NOTE: To attend, you must know Carrie songs (everyone will need to sing along with the songs). Audience members will also have the chance to ask Carrie questions during the taping.
This performance is invitation only and spaces are very limited.

Show Date: Saturday, September 12, 2009
Audience Arrival: 4:15pm to 5:15pm
Show Time: 6:00pm to 7:30 pm (this show is being taped and could go later)
Entry Deadline: Tuesday, August 25th, 2009 at 6:00pm CST

If you would like to enter, send an email to carrieunderwoodcontest@cliqueinc.com with the following information:
*Your full name
*Your age
*Your contact phone numbers
*Your City, State
*A current photo (a thumbprint or wallet size is fine)

Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will disqualify you from attending the taping. You must include all of the above information to be considered.

If you are selected as an audience member, you will receive confirmation with location and complete show details from a third party by September 1st. Your name must be on the audience list in order for you to attend the show. No confirmation numbers will be given. Your name will provide entrance into the show (ID required).

The audience will be seated and/or standing.

Travel arrangements and accommodations will NOT be provided for those attending the taping.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO STAY THE FULL LENGTH OF THE TAPING.

Please be sure to keep the following Official Carrie Underwood Fan Club guidelines in mind:

*Each member that receives an invitation will be allowed ONE entry, no additions.

*As it is the minimum age to be a Fan Club member, you must be 13 years old to attend the event.

*For members chosen who are between 13 and 17 years old, ONE parent or legal guardian is required to accompany that chosen member.

*You must bring a picture ID with you in order to gain access to the party, unless you are a child who does not have a picture ID.

*Taping confirmations are non-transferable.
