1) CONTEST: The Cry Pretty Tour 360 Flashback Contest (the “Contest”).

2) CONTEST SPONSOR: The Official Carrie Underwood Fan Club, Twang, Inc., Sparkart Group, Inc., and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of prizes, material and services related to this Contest (collectively, “Sponsor and its Agents”).

3) INTRODUCTION: For good and valuable consideration (including, without limitation, the possibility of publicity), the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, you are submitting certain design(s), illustrations, logos, artwork, photographs, videos, animation, writings, proposed product and/or brand names, idea(s), concept(s), communication(s), programming code, and/or other material(s) (the “Submission”) as part of your entry to the Contest upon the following express understandings and conditions.

4) ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the U.S. (except Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec) 13 years of age or older. 7) SUBMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS; SPONSOR’S OWNERSHIP AND USE OF SUBMISSIONS; YOUR AGREEMENT TO UNRESTRICTED USE:  By entering your Submission into this Contest, you hereby grant, transfer and convey to the Sponsor and its Agents all rights, title and interests in and to the Submission, including but not limited to the irrevocable, royalty-free right to trademark, copyright, reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, adapt, exhibit and/or otherwise use or reuse (without limitation as to when or to the number of times used) your Submission (as submitted or as edited/modified in any way by the Sponsor and its Agents, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its Agents) on the The Official Carrie Underwood Fan Club website, other websites, in concerts, on merchandise, for television, motion pictures, in home video copies, and in other media, whether now known or hereafter invented, throughout the world for any purpose whatsoever, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, or approval from you or any other party.

(a) You acknowledge and agree that you have no right of approval or consultation with respect to Sponsor and its Agent’s use of the Submission.

(b) You agree to provide the Submission at no cost to Sponsor and its Agents or any other party.

(c) You represent and warrant, and agree to further do so in writing, that you possess all necessary rights and authority to grant, transfer and convey to Sponsor and its Agents all the rights herein granted.

(d) You represent and warrant, and agree to further do so in writing, that the Submission is wholly original with you and does not and will not violate the right of privacy or publicity of, or constitute a defamation against any person or entity and that it does not and will not infringe upon or violate the copyright, contract rights, proprietary rights, or common law rights or any other rights of any other person or entity.

(e) You represent and warrant, and agree to further do so in writing, that the Submission has not been entered into a previous contest or has received any awards and has also not been published previously in any medium.

(f) You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its Agents and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or resulting from possession or use in any manner of the Submission.

8) WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Three (3) or more winners will be chosen, one per week for the duration of the contest, at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents, who will review and judge the Submissions privately. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on or about the last day of each month through an undetermined period, and potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (where lawful) within 7 days of the date of notification, in which the winner will acknowledge that the Submission is a “work for hire” and will irrevocably transfer to the Sponsor and its Agents any and all rights, title, goodwill and interest in and to the Submission, including without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks and waive all moral rights in such Submission.  If the Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release is not received within 7 days of the date of notification, the prize may be forfeited (at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents) and an alternate winner selected. 9) GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest or any website of the Sponsor and its Agents; (b) violating the Official Contest Rules; (c) violating the terms of use, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any web site, fan club, or other service, or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass another entrant, Sponsor and its Agents, or any other person. 10) PRIZES: Three (3) chosen winners will be featured on CarrieUnderwood.fm and receive a Cry Pretty Prize Pack. This prize has an estimated retail value of $65.00.  Sponsor and its Agents make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded.  Limit of one prize per person, household and address. Prizes will be delivered only to addresses in the United States or Canada.  The timing and method of delivery of the prize will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents.  Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner selected.  The winner shall bear all risks of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its Agents.  Prizes may not be transferred. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  If the prize includes the online posting of materials, including but not limited to photos, text, audio, video, animation, graphic art, illustration, etc., then the location and duration of such posting will be determined solely by Sponsor and its Agents.  Prizes for which a minor has been selected may be awarded to his/her parent or legal guardian.

11) GENERAL: Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest, or for any other reason or for no reason, as determined by the Sponsor and its Agents in their sole discretion.  In such event, Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right to (but are not required to) award the prizes at random from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment or cancellation. Healthy lifestyle anthem: “Renegade Runaway”

How has Carrie motivated you to find your path and live the Fit52 Life? I have always been active and sports are my life. I’m a senior in high school and play lacrosse and volleyball and I am continuing my lacrosse career in college. Sports have taught me the importance of health and fitness so I can be the best player, teammate, and leader for my team. But when Find Your Path was released, I saw my health and fitness in a whole new perspective. I started eating healthier, tracking my macros, and following the Fit52 app. Carrie has been my biggest motivation in life since I was 2 and she helps me strive to be the best person I can be for myself and my family. Her app has pushed me to become a stronger athlete and I am so grateful for Find Your Path and the Fit52 app.

What is your favorite part of Carrie’s new book, FIND YOUR PATH?
My favorite part of Find Your Path was learning about how to make healthy swaps in my daily life. It showed me how my wellness is affected by the food I eat and how it doesn’t have to be a grueling task to eat healthily. It also gave me great tips on how I can always incorporate more fitness into my life.

What advice do you have for other Care Bears that want to find their path?
Start by making little swaps in your life that will enable you to live a healthy lifestyle. Whether it involves you food choices or your fitness goals, it is possible. Take any opportunity to be active because in the end it will benefit you and it will make you a better person for the people around you.

(August 28, 2020) – Seven-time GRAMMY® Award winner and five-time CMA Female Vocalist of the Year, Carrie Underwood, released the track list and special guests for her first-ever Christmas album, My Gift, available globally on digital and CD on September 25 and on red vinyl on October 30.  In anticipation of the Fall album, Underwood has also released the new original song, “Let There Be Peace,” which is available now and as an instant grat track when you pre-order the digital album here.

My Gift features a combination of beloved traditional favorites celebrating the spiritual nature of the holiday, as well as several originals. Two of the new original songs are written by Underwood, frequent collaborator Brett James (“Jesus, Take the Wheel,” “Something In The Water”), and her Cry Pretty co-producer, David Garcia.  In addition to a very special appearance by Underwood’s 5-year-old son, Isaiah Fisher, on the holiday classic that inspired the album title, “Little Drummer Boy,” My Gift also features her first collaboration with GRAMMY®, Emmy, Oscar, and Tony Award-winner John Legend, on the original track, “Hallelujah,” written by Legend and Toby Gad (“All of Me”).

In less than three weeks, on Sunday, September 13, Carrie Underwood stars in the debut of the 2020 show open for NBC’s Sunday Night Football, which has been primetime television’s No. 1 program for an unprecedented nine consecutive years.

For the first time, the SNF show open will feature user-generated content from fans showcasing their team spirit. In addition, cameos from some of the NFL’s biggest stars, also recorded remotely, will be highlighted. Headlined by Carrie for the eighth consecutive season, the show open will also feature an inside at look at her new recording of “Waiting All Day for Sunday Night” in a Nashville studio.

Healthy lifestyle anthem: “Southbound”

How has Carrie motivated you to find your path and live the Fit52 Life? Carrie has always inspired me as a wife, mom, and Christian. I preordered the book as soon as it was up and read it within 24 hours. It was such a blessing for me to realize that she’s just like me. It’s taken me my entire life to be okay with food allergies and what my body will handle. (In the 80s no one was making the best wheat/gluten/peanut free alternatives.) Once I was able to accept it (about my 30s) and enjoy the foods my body loved, life began to change for the better. I now thrive on what I can have instead of what I can’t have.

Carrie’s Fit52 helped to reassure that it’s okay to modify, adjust, and be okay with yourself. It also allowed me to be reassured that I have to fill my cup to be the best wife and mom for my family.

What is your favorite part of Carrie’s new book, FIND YOUR PATH?
My favorite part is on page 10. It’s early in the book, but this quote hit me like a ton of bricks. “These roots have served me well over the course of my life so far… they help me remember what is truly important: family, faith, friendship, following my dreams, doing the right thing even when it’s hard, and honoring the body, the mind, and the life God gave me.” So many times we try to push towards the future towards our wishes and dreams, but often our roots are what ground us when we need it most.

What advice do you have for other Care Bears that want to find their path?
Care Bears, finding your path takes time, patience, and trial and error. What works for me, won’t always work for you. Change one thing at a time and don’t go all in eliminating foods, working out like a crazy person. Make one change and positive habit a week. It will make all the difference in keeping the path once you find your path.

How has Carrie motivated you to find your path and live the Fit52 Life? The fit52 app has changed my attitude towards healthy living and exercise, by seeing personal progression, feeling empowered and not judged by the fit52 community. The Find Your Path book has shown that no one is different, we all have our own struggles that we can overcome by having a positive attitude, working hard and making changes for yourself and no one else.

What is your favorite part of Carrie’s new book, FIND YOUR PATH? The journal template – having something that you sit and write in to mindfully acknowledge the progress of your journey and your mindset, and the exercise and nutrition itself! As well as reading about Carrie’s challenges and struggles and her support systems and incorporating fitness as part of her life, not as an add-on.
